At Sonic Boom Records, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your vinyl, CD, or merchandise arrives damaged or defective, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in their original condition and packaging; sealed records must remain unopened unless the return is due to a pressing defect.
Contact Support
Email our support team with your order number and a brief description of the issue to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Secure Packaging
Pack your items securely in a sturdy record mailer, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside of the package to prevent damage during transit.
Ship and Track
Send your return via a tracked shipping method to our warehouse; once received and inspected, we will process your refund or ship your replacement within 5 business days.
